The Chelmsford Bible Church (previously known as Matthews Memorial Church) is located in Chelmsford, MA and holds Sunday Morning services at 11:00 am. Sunday school for children is during service, ages 3 and up.

The church hosts the Billerica Amateur Radio Society (BARS) monthly meetings and VE examination sessions.

Founded in 1984, the Billerica Amateur Radio Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of Amateur Radio through instruction, fellowship, public service and encouragement of participation.
Annual membership in the Society is by application at any regular club meeting. Dues are currently free. The Club year runs from September through June.
